Our favourite human is cutting off bits of goblin. Presumably to take back to Ravenhold.

Gathers food off the table and eats some, then goes and helps make the sled, using my rope as well chewing bread

Ori assists her. Gathering the planks, holding them whilst they are bound together with rope. By both Valorie and Daveera The air around them is heavy. Full of grief as they mourn their friend in silence.

Then he notices what Daveera is doing. Making a face. “You shouldn’t do that… you might damage your teeth.” A gently accusing finger is pointed at her.

Is visibly confused. “What part of them are you eating that damages your teeth?” He laughs and gets up. Walking over to the corpse pile. Staring pitifully at Zero’s body. It’s wrong… looking at such a large, powerful thing broken down and dead.

*Just re-sorting everything in her pack. Making sure all of it is intact.* I say we burn the bodies before we leave.

“Perhaps. Though I don’t think anyone will be coming in here. Anyone with good intentions.”

I vote that as well. Leave no trace

“Well then… let’s move Zero first.” He tries to start pulling him off the pile. But struggles. “Damn… these… weak… arms!”

*She gets up and goes to assist Ori in moving the giant's body*

After yanking, pulling and tugging— Ori finally gets Zero’s leg onto the sled.

She breathes out and recovered enough to push his mid torso onto it by pushing with her feet laying on her back. "nobody has a levitation spell?

Ori then gets a sudden look of inspiration. Closing his book. “Well… I have Tenser’s Floating Disk. Given its nature, we can try and roll him onto it. Then start leaving. When I’m more than twenty feet away it will follow me. Theoretically allowing us to transport him at least to Ravenhold’s gates.”

“It’s a very sudden idea, you understand.” He nervously rubs his hands together.

This is no use.. why don't we just burn him and save some of his ashes?

And the Captain of course.. he may seem to have a heart hard as stone but I'm sure he'd appreciate at least something leftover of his Comrades remains.

Ori casts a sad glance at Zero’s body. Sighing. “Do… Do you think he’d want us to have any of his effects?” He asks Emara. Seeking guidance from the most put together of the group.

I believe he would.. however I will hold on to whatever possessions he had. For the time being. Just to be sure there is no squabbling over them.

I feel like it's the right thing to do. But then again, we're hardly ever righteous here

“Such a shame…” The human sighs and goes over to his things. Set up neatly at the table. Where he continues documenting the most recent of the spoils. Carefully and elegantly scribbling them into the ledger.

watches the debate whilst eating after getting up from the floor giving up on pushing him into the sled . she chews the bread

All is then quiet for a while. At least from Orimesh.

Let's just get him home

Looking up from his papers, Ori makes a face do discomfort at Valorie’s emotional distress. Getting up and walking over. Where he then side hugs her. Resting his head gently on her shoulder. Rubbing her back with one hand, and holding her hand with the other. “It’ll be alright…” he says in attempt to console her. But his own sadness at the loss is making it a little difficult. Maintaining his composure, that is.

Daveera didn't know him that well. she felt bad for everyone and him but she knew nothing of Khelgar because she joined the group way later and said nothing.. She lit her hand ablaze with her spell "Should I....now??"

*she gets up* Let's just go, alright?....Set it on fire already

“Wait, let Emara gather his things.” Ori intervenes. Still comforting Valorie.

She held onto the blaze."Take your time. only if you're sure. "

He nods sadly. Sighing as he glances towards Zero once more. Eyes a little more wet than before.

She plays with the fire a bit ,squeezing her fist. she waited. still not knowing if she should be crying over this death but she couldn't help not feeling sad. she had a weird way of coping with loss

Soon Emara had Finished gathering Zero's things. Giving Daveena the go ahead to set his and the Goblins bodies Ablaze. As they all stand around for a good long while. Watching. A few tears shed. She has gathered most of Zero's Ashes up and held onto them until they can get somewhere safe enough to divide them amongst everyone who wishes to have some. And they soon exit the mines. Going back from the way they came. Towards the camp they had rested before. And turned in for the night.
